Born in Trentinara, Italy, Rosario spent his early years on the family orchard & vineyard until his family moved to America, when he was 6 years old in 1972.

As it turned out, his family made a home in Hackensack, New Jersey, and Rosie first made contact with Maywood.

After graduating from Hackensack High and spending a few years working in construction, Rosie spent decades running a few of the area's finest eateries, honing his craft, working towards his dream of opening his own place.

Well that day is finally here. Rosie is proud to announce his Grand Opening to all in the area...
